This picture was taken the day Brandt was born one year ago. What a year's it's been and how our little boy has grown and changed! We are so thankful for him and the joy he brings to our life. Below are some pictures from his first birthday party last Saturday. So many family members and friends were able to help us celebrate this special day.
Brandt loved his pint-size adirondack chair from Grandma and Grandpa. It matches Mommy and Daddy's chairs in our front yard.
Another gift Brandt especially enjoyed was his very own lawn mower. He gets very excited when Daddy mows the lawn....now he can do it too.

This was our trial run in the bike seat...Brandt absolutely loved it. I think we're going to be taking a lot of bike rides this summer :-)
We took a trip to the John Ball Park Zoo. Brandt had fun seeing the animals and especially all the other kids!

lots of fun stuff!! this was a trip down memory lane taking me back to all that fun stuff we did with just one kid! (i guess we still do those things, they are just a lot different now!)
